What we collect when you visit this site or get in touch, and what we do with it. The short version: we only have what you send us, and we only use it to answer you and build your house.
Who we are
This website belongs to Long Nine Homes LLC, a home builder in Springfield, Illinois. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Long Nine Homes.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the form on the Build with us page, we get your name, your phone number or email, and what you tell us about the house you have in mind. If you text, call or email us, we get your number or address and your message. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Like any website, the services that deliver these pages see basic technical details when your browser loads them, such as your IP address and browser type. Webflow hosts the site, and its network sets one technical cookie to manage traffic. It isn't used for advertising. The fonts load from Google Fonts, and the form uses a spam check from Cloudflare. The progress list on our house pages loads from a server we run, and our code there saves nothing about you.
How we use it
To answer you and talk through your project, and if we build together, to run your job and keep you updated on it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or use it to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
Form messages pass through Webflow, which hosts this site and stores them, and arrive in our email, which Google runs. If we build for you, we share what your job needs with the people working on it, like our trade partners, your designer, the lender, the title company or the city, and nothing more. We'll also share information when the law requires it. That's the full list.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you, and if we build for you, as long as we keep the records for your house. If we don't end up working together, ask us to delete what you sent and we will.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have from you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Text or email us and we'll take care of it. This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
